RELAX ITS GOOD FOR THE COUNTRY AND ECONOMY!
The whole country is in a state of histeria because the President wants to put the security of some of our ports in the hands of Arabs. Sit back take ten deep breaths and start REALLY thinking and do not let the past four and a half years of fear and anxiety because of 911 control your thinking. We have been influenced in our thinking for the past few years against Arabs in general because of 911. If we continue to maintain this dilemma., the situation will remain the same with the constant fear or threat of terrorism.
The President agreement for the ports needs some further review and legal challeges to come up with a congruent, save, realistic solution that should benefit this country when all is finalized.
There have been many large developments in the United States that have been funded by Arabs in the past that many people are not aware of, some of which are well to do neighborhoods. If the trust was there in the past, why can't it be again.
With the state of our economy as if may be going the President's Plan may help to falter any possible decrease in the economy providing the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and the U.S. Customs Service do their jobs effectively.
